Malaysia's Maybank Group CFO resigns
Malaysia's largest bank Maybank said on Monday (June 28) its Group Chief Financial Officer Amirul Feisal Wan Zahir has resigned.
The outgoing Group CFO is moving to a government-linked institution to be its managing director, Maybank said in a regulatory filing on Monday without giving any other details.
Amirul Feisal's last day with Maybank will be July 15 but he goes on leave at the close of business on Monday June 28.
The Group's financial controller, Khalijah Ismail, is Acting Group CFO while the bank selects a replacement for Amirul Feisal.
