Saudi Arabia fast food chain Herfy appoints new CEO
Herfy Food Services has named Sam Mohamed Bader as its new CEO, the company said in a bourse filing on Tuesday (June 22).
Bader takes over from Khaled Ahmad AlSaid who was named Acting CEO after the resignation of Ahmad Hamad Alsaid d in late-April.
Bader has been with Herfy for 16 years and last served as its executive director for restaurants. He was previously with McDonald’s International for 21 years.
Herfy operates its fast food restaurants and bakeries as well as its meat processing business line.
The company posted a 1.46% year-on-year growth in net profit for the first three months of this year.
Herfy is 49% owned by Saudi food group Savola.
